Colony Network allows complete flexibility when implementing governance and decision making for a DAO. From using simple permissions assigned to individual users, fully decentralized lazy consensus weighted by reputation, multi-sig, to essentially any creative way in which a contract can be set up to be used for governance. This feature in particular will allow in the Colony app, governance to be manageable using a multi-sig. Or, more specifically a Safe (multi-sig).
