The ability to create a temporary DAO for short term projects, events, client work, etc.
- It could use templates so that it is quick and easy to setup a PopupDAO
- It would allow for easy shutting down of the DAO based on a date, condition, or manually.
- It could have configurations that make things happen quicker, e.g. motions, earning reputation, decaying reputation, etc.
