In the Activity log , if has title and description. could it also have the amounts, and member account from/to be easier for me to follow and verify stuff. Or, someone let me know where is a better place to look?

Thank you for the suggestion.
The metadata line, which sits below the custom title of the action in the activity feed includes all of these details. You can also use filters, to filter by action type to make it easier to see just the information you are looking for.
Could you provide more details about what you are looking to achieve and we may be able to provide other solutions.
